MDF Floating Shelves

Our MDF floating shelves with their minimalist modern design look fantastic in any room of the house. Made from 25mm or 38mm thick MDF, each shelf is fully bespoke to fit your exact space. Choose from 5 different edging styles and a choice of 5 colour finishes to create your perfect shelf. You can also select ‘unfinished’ or even ‘primed’ to ensure your shelves are ready for you to paint.

The Floating Shelf Company provides a completely free bespoke design service for you to customise your shelves, allowing you to choose the style of your shelf corners and edging to suit your tastes, but also enabling you to include cut outs and cable holes as required.

MDF floating shelves are available up to 1000mm (1 metre) in length and up to 250mm in width. If you require larger shelves, please contact us to discuss a bespoke option.

Floating shelves are mounted using ‘invisible’ concealed brackets. We supply the shelves with pre-drilled holes and the necessary number of brackets for the size of shelf you purchase. If you require your brackets to be positioned in a certain place (to hit timber studs or avoid pipes/cables) just let us know and we will pre-drill the holes in the correct position for you.
